Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Talk Shop. Written to be read, not to hide anything.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or embedding the widget you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to do so.
2. The service
Talk Shop builds an AI assistant from content you provide and answers your customers' questions. AI answers can be imperfect; you're responsible for reviewing your bot and setting the topics it should avoid.
3. Your account & content
You own the content you connect and are responsible for having the right to use it. You keep your login secure. You grant us the licence needed to process that content to run your bot.
4. Billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance. We meter one customer message as one message — no credits, no multipliers, and no automatic charges when you reach your limit. You can cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Talk Shop for unlawful, harmful or deceptive purposes, or to process content you're not permitted to. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Liability & law
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
